Poetry

Who said poetry is something that can be merely read? I’ve seen it transpire right before my eyes. I sat by the window of a rail one night, seeing the wind and hearkening to the many colors of existence. The indigo of the sky, the clouds drifting lightly – silver rimmed and the orange of the fluttering lamps in the many alleys- all were but the heaven writing verses for those who’d listen.
